Michelle Barone has always loved music. At age six, she began taking professional voice lessons, dance classes, and performed leading roles in community theater. By age nine, she joined her church choir and school chorus. The following year she began writing songs, one of which won an award. In her early teens, she sang for school sporting events and had various roles in high school theater. At age 15, Michelle’s developing voice and songwriting abilities led her into the recording studio. She recorded with Lynn Gerb & Co., The Focolare Movement, and others. She worked closely with the Focolare Movement which gave her a chance to lead in concerts and plays. As Michelle began college, she signed with EParis Management. This association led to performances at BB Kings, air time on local radio, studio recordings, and PR. Her desire for a career in a highly competitive field drove her to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Her goals became clearer as she met with several producers, managers, and vocal coaches. Ultimately, she focused her creative ideas through working with NADJARDON Productions and LIB Entertainment. Michelle started off making, “a five song demo and came out with a multiple song album.”This album features Michelle as the lead and backup vocalist, songwriter, and co-producer. The album titled, “Believe In Me” is dedicated to the people who sincerely believe in her talent and growing artistry. After the completion of this album Michelle has opened of NE-YO at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center, has had on air interviews on local Radio stations both AM and FM, she has also had the opportunity to perform at The Pyramid Club, has had press in local news papers, and has had her own album release party at the Chance Theater where over 700 people attended. Michelle is extremely determined, dedicated, and motivated to achieve her career goals in the music industry. She feels that “with bit of luck, perseverance, and God’s blessings” she is sure to succeed. “Thank you to those who, Believe In Me.”
